Does it sound like a robot?+

No. Katie uses streaming voice models from ElevenLabs / Azure (configurable per assistant). Most callers don't realise they're talking to AI. Try her at the top of this page.

What if she doesn't know the answer?+

She politely takes a message and tells the caller you'll be in touch. The transcript and summary land in your dashboard so you have full context before calling back.

Can I customise what she says?+

Yes — every assistant has a system prompt you can edit (greeting, tone, services you offer, what to ask, what NOT to say). Most setups take 5-10 minutes.

Does this replace a real receptionist?+

For inbound qualification, yes. For complex scheduling, complaints, or anything emotional — keep a human in the loop. Katie's job is to make sure no lead falls through the cracks at 9pm.
