Terms of service

1. The service

Katie answers your business’s phone calls, qualifies callers, and forwards structured lead data to integrations you configure. You are responsible for the assistant’s system prompt, the accuracy of your business info, and downstream use of leads.

2. Acceptable use

No use for emergency lines, financial / medical advice without licensed oversight, outbound spam, scam calls, or any deceptive impersonation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this.

3. Billing

Monthly subscription, charged in advance, plus per-minute usage at posted rates. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

4. Liability

Katie is provided as-is. We’re not liable for missed calls during outage windows or for downstream business outcomes.

5. Changes

We’ll email you at least 30 days before any material change.
