   Forward your business number.

   Most carriers let you set conditional forwarding — calls only go to Katie when you don't pick up. Takes 2 minutes per phone provider; we have copy-paste guides for the major Australian + US carriers.

2. 02

   Tell Katie about your business.

   Greeting, tone, services you offer, areas you cover, anything she should NEVER say. She uses your system prompt to qualify naturally — not from a fixed script.

3. 03

   Set up where leads should land.

   Paste a webhook URL. Every captured lead is POSTed with HMAC-signed JSON. We have ready-made adapters for QuoteMate, Jobber, HubSpot, and Zapier.

4. 04

   Take a test call.

   Press the button on your dashboard, talk to Katie like a customer would. Confirm the lead lands in your CRM. Then go live.
