Katie processes inbound phone calls on behalf of small businesses. This page explains what we collect, why, and who has access.
Data we process
- Caller phone number (when shared by the carrier)
- Audio of the call (encrypted in transit, retained 30 days unless deleted earlier)
- Transcript and AI-generated summary
- Structured lead data extracted by the assistant
- Account info: business name, owner email, billing details
How we use it
Strictly to deliver the receptionist service — qualifying inbound calls and forwarding structured leads to the integrations you configure. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
Subprocessors
Vapi (voice orchestration), Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), and the speech providers configured per assistant (e.g. ElevenLabs, Azure, OpenAI).
Your rights
Delete your account at any time via the dashboard. We’ll purge call recordings, transcripts, and lead data within 30 days. Contact [email protected] for any data request.
