Does Belong prepaid support call forwarding?+
Belong is postpaid-only on the Telstra wholesale network — call forwarding is supported on all current plans.
What does '<number>' in the forwarding code mean?+
Replace it with the destination number in E.164 format — no spaces, no plus sign. For example, +61 412 345 678 becomes 61412345678. Katie will give you the exact number to use during signup.
How do I cancel forwarding once it's on?+
Dial ##002# to cancel every diversion at once, or ##21# to cancel only unconditional forwarding.
Will forwarded calls cost me extra?+
Forwarded minutes typically count against your monthly call allowance, just like outgoing calls. Confirm with your carrier — most plans don't add a separate charge.
Can I keep my own number?+
Yes. Forwarding doesn't change your number — your existing line still rings; calls only divert to Katie's number when you can't answer (busy / no-answer / unreachable, or always if you choose unconditional forwarding).
